I'm about 10days into this. I was interested in this strain after doing a lot of research. It's been studied extensively. Main results of studies were more frequent movements, more moisture content, a better balance of gut bacteria. The last few days I seem to be experiencing this and getting better each day. That being said I am now taking trillions of CFU. I started by taking 1 pill morning and night, then I started making yogurt using this strain as the starter culture. It cultured fine and makes a superb tasting yogurt. 1 pill can culture about 2 ounces, then you can use the 2 ounces to inoculate new batches of yogurt (only takes a 1/2 ounce or so to inoculate a gallon). So now I do 1 pill morning and night, and 1 cup of the yogurt morning and evening. So far out of trying over 50 strains of probiotics this is the only one that has shown an effect where all other probiotics and yogurts did nothing but make me worse. Have I finally found the strain for me? It does seem so, I am now ordering some more.
