New favorite shampoo and soap

I use this on my whole body. It is fantastic. Feels a bit strange at first. When you use it on your hair, just rub the bar directly on your head and it foams wonderfully. When I used liquid shampoo I would normally apply it twice, but I have found that its works best to use this only once, and just really massage it into the roots. Afterwards my hair feels a bit funny, and the first time I tried it I was sure it wouldnt look good when it dried. But on the contrary, by bf actually commented that my hair looked really good that day. Also I dont have to wash my hair as frequently as before, it stays clean much longer.

Nutty Flavor

Best hemp seeds i have tasted. Raw and organic which is important to me. If you havent tasted hemp seeds yet, you should try these. Great to drizzle on salads and add to smoothies. The healthiest proteins you can eat. Much more easily digested than animal protein. Plus its eco friendly.

I only use crystal deodorant, and this comes in a great travel size. The bigger ones weigh a lot, so I just buy the small one. If you havent tried crystal doedorants before, and youre body is used to the commercial kind which tries to stop your perspiration, it can take a little while to get used to the natural crystal deodorant. It doesnt stop your perspiration which is good, but it is anti-bacterial. It isnt your perspiration itself that causes the "sweat smell" it is the bacteria that arise in the humid climate under your arms. Therefore the anti-bacterial affect of the crystal deodorant will prevent bacteria growth and uncomfortable smell. It leaves no noticeable residue. No more aluminum or alcohol for me!

i only add this in small doses to my smoothies and shakes. it has a prominent taste in larger doses. i only add 5-10 drops usually, its supposed to help you assimilate other nutrients more easily.

The taste is good. The only downside is that the consistency is a bit hard. They are difficult to chew as is, but taste great in a smoothie or in jam. Just soak them first for 10-20 minutes. Best jam ever is goji and raspberry :)
