I love this supplement - my gums started doing better when I began taking it. I take it for my heart but my gums is where I notice improvement. Great value.

This is a great hair product for fine hair as it doesn't weigh it down. They talk about this product on the long hair community website. I mix some with water and put it in a spray bottle so I can just spray it on. I really don't need a lot of conditioner just help with detangling and this works like a charm.
