I take this at the first sign of a cold, or on the rare occasion when I have a fever or flu-like symptoms. It helps with a quick recovery or prevents the onset really well.

I don't know why they need to inject babies with vitamin K at birth when this supplement in the mouth would work fine, without all the additives.

My thyroid labs are "within range" but this supplement really helps me feel more energetic and cleared up some of my keratosis pilaris. I am really thankful for the other reviews here which encouraged me to try it. Thanks iherb and your customers!

Candex is a key part of my detox program. I take it to manage yeast flare-ups during rounds of oral chelation, and generally before bed when I've been eating too much sugars and carbs which can cause increased candida and constipation.

I had high hopes for this powder having read about the importance of fat-soluble antioxidants, but I couldn't tolerate it very well. I am sure it is great for some people, just not me.

Once I started taking a drop a day along with Adrenal Cortex Extract and Tyrosine, I felt renewed energy. Also I don't get chills in cold rooms like I used to. Great hypothyroid support.
