Great zinc supplement

This is a very absorbable form of zinc, I have tried other forms from this site and this one is the best. I have noticed that when I cut myself or have an injury, it heals quicker when taking this form. My doc says keep taking it for immune function.

favorite niacin

my doctor recommened this type of niacin and i like the no flush reaction of it. Regular niacin is also too acidic on my stomach. Not this one, like it a lot!

Bought this for elderly mother-in-law that has chronic constipation and has used OTC senna with stool softner for many years. She was taking a lot every day. Then she started taking this instead, and only has to use 2 per night right before dinner and them all is fine next day. It also softens the stool which helps. A+ for stubborn constipation.

This is a great choice of sunflower oil. It is raw, unprocessed and tastes great! Can use on salads, cooking, and take as an excellent source of Omega 6. Not all Omega 6 is bad...see www.brianpeskin.com for more specific info about why we need this type of EFA. Very interesting!!
