I don't believe this as helpful for me as the capsules I have taken in the past. I have ordered the caps again as they are back in stock.

This is a thick but nice feeling cream, it is helping my dehydrated skin. I love the smell, so does hubby! My skin does seem plumper, firmer and the obvious signs of dehydration are softening. Ok under makeup, give it a while to soak in, blot T Zone. I like it with mineral foundations.
