This has been a more bioavailable form of magnesium for my husband, as opposed to the oxide form which can cause diarrhea because of it's poor absorption level. He uses it with coral calcium capsules to get a good balance of minerals.

I use this product with bulk coral calcium powder, so that I can have inexpensive and easily assimilated sources of minerals. I like the fact that I can control the balance of calcium to magnesium in a 1:1 ratio, which seems to be what my body needs.

Arthritic pains in my husband's wrist and forearm have been alleviated. Seems to have a great anti- inflammatory effect, providing a natural alternative to drugs.
