After reading The Calcium Lie, I stopped taking mega milligrams of calcium and switched to trace minerals. I feel much better. The calcium was making me feel very tired and I didn't realize it until I stopped taking it.

I took a tumble and had a monstrous bruise on my hip - I thought it would be there for months - but by using this for a week, it's gone.

I feel this is a very good product and competitively priced. I have been taking it for at least a year. I do find that the capsules "bleed," though and I wish that could be remedied.

I bought formula hoping to replace the Ubiquinol formula that I cannot use because it affects me like drinking coffee at bedtime. It doesn't matter what time of day or night I take the supplement, I am kept awake at night for at least 2 to 3 nights after taking one capsule. It does certainly up my energy level, but at a price. I only wish I had returned the first supplement and not tried the alternative - I'm just out more money.
