This is the real deal, not overly processed and missing important nutrients. This is natural, pure salmon and it provides great benefits without the usual "fishy" burps!

This is the easiest way I have ever taken a good, whole foods multivitamin. Instead of multiple pills throughout the day, it's just one swallow that goes down easily (especially nice if taking pills are a problem). I don't bother tasting it (just swallow quickly and don't breathe out of your nose during the process) because frankly, it doesn't taste very good. I do, however, chase it with a swallow of my favorite juice and there is NO aftertaste. I love that it is a WHOLE FOODS vitamin (made from real plants) and that it contains a vast array of different vitamins. It even has iron and some calcium (unusual for a multivitamin). I switch off every other day with Peter Gillham's liquid vitamins because I think it's healthier not to rely solely on one source for vitamins and minerals, but if I did have to pick one vitamin to take for the rest of my life, this would probably be the one.

It doesn't taste good straight and it is quite thick, but mix it with 100% pure orange juice and even my kids and husband take it without complaint. I love that it is made from whole foods and that it is liquid (so much easier to take for me and the kids). It has a good array of vitamins and minerals (though it doesn't really have enough iron or calcium). I switch off every other day with Dream Health liquid vitamins because I think it's healthier not to rely solely on one source for vitamins and minerals. I will however, continue to buy this for my family and just mix it with juice because it appears to be a great multivitamin.

Good raw iron. I have had some iron deficiency in the past and I wanted a raw, natural food-based remedy. I think I've found it and I'm happy with the product.

This seems so much much better than taking supplements made of bone, etc. I love that this is raw and natural (and I'm not even a vegan).

I started using this while on the HCG diet. I have long since dropped the awful diet, but still buy the shampoo. My long, thick hair feels healthy and clean. I have found that I don't have to use conditioner when I use this shampoo for my hair to look great and be tangle-free, so I now only use conditioner half the time.

This is a nice conditioner with lots of natural oils that has a good fruity smell and a very light feel to it. I use it once a week on my long, thick hair and it keeps my hair healthy and feeling nice.

I bought these just to try them because they were mentioned in the book, "Hunger Free Forever." I just chewed/sucked on two tablets whenever I had a strong sugar craving and 80% of the time I simply lost the craving and decided not to eat the sweets. I also enjoyed the taste of these tablets-- like candy but without any guilt.

Fructose was mentioned as a good sweetener in the book "Hunger Free Forever," which is why I bought it. It has a fine, grainy substance like sugar and tastes as sweet as sugar to me (unlike most sweeteners). I use it in drinks and sprinkled on fruit. Doesn't have nearly the effect on blood sugar levels as sugar so I can use it without feeling too guilty.

I love that they put this Stevia with added fiber, which also bulked up the package so it feels like you're actually pouring sugar packets. I know Stevia is supposed to be a lot sweeter than sugar, but to me it's not even close. I had heard that if you want sweeteners to taste more like sugar you should mix two sweeteners together (like Splenda and Stevia, or Stevia and Fructose) This tip works extremely well and also gets rid of the bitter aftertaste! That tip aside, if Stevia is what you're after then this brand is great!

This is very high quality fish oil. I was a little worried about the taste (switching from pills to liquid), but it has a pleasant lemon flavor and I've had absolutely no fishy burps like I did with pills. It's also extremely easy to take (unlike the giant pills). It's the first thing I take every morning and I'm definitely not going back to pills.

Much easier to take than pills and no burps!
