I have never tried this before as a supplement. I had been increasing cinnamon in my food. The supplement seems wonderful. I wish I had tried this years ago. My blood sugar levels dropped noticeably.

I liked the amount and the price. I can't tell either way if I am smarter (ha ) but I am happy with it and will continue using it and will reorder. I had no adverse reaction when I began using it.

I have been using this product for several years and I monitor my blood glucose frequently. I can keep it under control with diet and the help of this product. I see the difference when I have a meal and do not use it.
