For those who need an activated B-6, this may very well be the one. Smart to add Mg, too. But, to bad it's not a higher quality Mg.

The metered dose you get with each pump is a nice feature, but having broken open the container at the end, one can find about another half teaspoon inside. But, one might find that to some degree with any sort of container. It's a good product.

Prevent Soreness

Applied before weight lifting, does a nice job of preventing the usual soreness. Better adaption and recovery. My liver likes it too, so I apply it over that area.

This is top notch in my opinion, but I may just go with the Krill as my mainstay due to its superior bio-compatible match with the human cell, uptake, etc.
