This supplement improves the quality of my sleep moreso than helping me fall asleep or stay asleep. That's really important for anyone who struggles with Fibromyalgia or CFIDS (like me). I've been using it for years. Any time that I've stopped - I notice that my quality of sleep is awful and I wake up with a "sleep hangover" - whereas when I do take it - I feel good in the morning.

This product was recommended to me by my Dr, and it has worked extremely well for me. It supports my immune system without overstimulating it. I notice a big improvement if my allergies are starting to turn into a sinus infection... I will start taking this right away, and it will cleat out any hint of an infection. NAC also works very well to stimulate (but not overly so) the immune system.

My husky has a zinc deficiency, common among northern breeds, and this supplement works to clear up the skin issues he had related to his ZRD. We're happy with the effectiveness and the price.

After my Dr recommended this product for my husband's ADHD, he started taking it regularly. It has allowed him to stop taking Concerta by helping him focus and stay on task throughout the day. He really notices if he misses a dose. It also improves his quality of sleep.

I take this about a half hour before bedtime, and it improves the quality of my sleep without being addictive. I also notice an improvement in the evenness of my moods. Great stuff!

I have CFS, and this product works like a dream to get me going in the morning in a more balanced way than caffeine ever could. I also use it before workouts, and it keeps my energy level more even throughout. The liquid tastes good (albeit strong!) and it seems to work better for me than powdered drinks or capsules did. I even tried a different brand of the liquid and just didn't like it.

I take this for CFS, and it greatly lessens my pain. I highly recommend it for anyone who has CFS or FMS. I also used it to get rid of high aluminum levels in my body... and it helped in a short period of time. It has helped me to be able to stop taking OTC pain relievers which all have rotten side effects in the long run.

This is the toothpaste I use daily, and I love it. It tastes GREAT... leaves my mouth fresh and feeling clean. My dentist would tell you that it works great for me, because my last cleaning was better than it's ever been - big improvement in my numbers. I will say though that this burns my husband's mouth. He's sensitive to cinnamon though. The spearmint and peppermint flavors burn mine. To each his own!
