seems to be working straight away , I have lost 1kl the first week , I have combined this with CLA and this works well for me

Works extra well , I have lost 2kl in three weeks , I have combined this with Now Foods 7-KETO. DHEA 100mg , great combo .

really does seem to take the edge off snacking . I take one after lunch and one about one hour after tea , then Im not tempted to snack, seems to work very well
