This product is superb!! It really cleans you out! Literally! The first week I was on it I was having 3-4 poops a day. My skin looks great and feels so smooth!

I found this to be very helpful since I took myself off of Zoloft. However I was not aware of the fact that St. John's Wort reduces the eficacy of birth control pills. Luckily since I'm already on a bc pill with a VERY low amount of estrogen, all it did was make my period start early; but it could have been an unwanted pregnancy there!

My blood sugars are SO much better. My doctor was shocked at my A1C readings! I told him he could keep his vomit and diarrhea inducing Metformin pills! They weren't helping anyway!

This is great in conjunction with St. John's Wort. I take it a week before my menstrual period and bye bye PMS!
