This product requires refrigeration; should not be offered for 2-day UPS Ground shipping. Arrives in a stryrofoam box with a single skimpy and thawed cold-pack, arriving at or close to room temperature. Needs to be a 1-day delivery service and should be packed with more effective means of keeping it cold.

Product is higher strength than previously purchased Jarrow Formulas brand, but this one has orange curcumin powder coating the tablets, which comes off on fingers, etc. The Jarrow brand has no such residue.

Convenient capsule and doesn't need refrigeration (though I do refrigerate it). I take it per anecodotal comments read about its usefulness in helping with control of ulcerative colitis. Don't really know if it helps, but it certainly doesn't hurt.
