This seems to be a very good MSM. I have taken powders that were mixed with juice or water and they were very good but expensive. This is very comparable and my joints have no pain and the price is good.

I like this product because it seems to fill me up so I don't eat as much. Have to make sure you drink plenty of fluid with each capsule and take at least 20 minutes before eating.

My husband use to have a problem with hemorrhoids. Since he started taking this product within less than a wk he wasn't in anymore more pain an no longer has hemorrhoids. Oklahoma-US

This is a very good vinegar. I have used it for about 30 yrs. I drink 1 tbl. in a glass of warm water and stevia every am with my nutrients, and sometimes before lunch and supper.

This is a very good product for the face. I do not use moristurizers on my face before of all the bad ingredients in them. This is all natural and goes on good and not greesy. I use it with my Bare Minerals--works great.

Oreganomax is wonderful for a lot of things. Need to get the book ( The Cure is in the Cupboard.) Once you read the book you will never be without oregano.

This is a great coconut oil. I use it on everything that I use to use butter on. I use it on my cinnamon toast with stevia. You feel like you are cheating.
