This works way better than caffeinne when my mind is feelish sluggish and I need to do technical writing. It seems to have no down side. I take half of one and it makes me sharper.

I was expecting knee replacement surgery and after 6 months of Curamin I'm functioning very well with minimal pain and no pain killers. I take 2 a day.

I tried a different CLA which gave me terrible stomach pains. This one doesn't and it seems to have done just what they said it would, taken an inch off my waistline.
