This is the best B-Complex product that I have tried. I noticed a difference in my energylevel within a couple of days. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Throughout the years I have tried many B-complex products from several companies. This is by far the best B-Complex I have tried. When I started to take it, it wasn't two days before I could start to tell a difference in my energy level. I didn't feel like I had to take naps in the middle of the day.
