excellent for hair instead of conditioners which dry hair - detangles, defrizzes and softens hair - use a drop after washing hair; great facial moisturizer - softens lines - good results on chaffed skin

like the foil bag; the turmeric powder itself didn't seem to have enough zing upon opening; the volatile oil seemed to have previously escaped or was removed; manufacturer needs to check this out; do like the fact that iherb is trying to carry bulk herbs and spices

like this; carlson has reliably good products; this is not molecularly distilled - hence if I were pregnant or nursing I would use Jarrow Formulas Max DHA instead or Neuromins (Life's DHA by Martek); still in that this is in a more natural state and has not been exposed to the supposed high heat of distillation I think it has additional benefits -- good for dry eyes

helps strengthen bones and is said to put the calcium in your bones instead of in you soft tissues; good when used with vitamin d3 and calcium products According to Life Extension, this form of vitamin k, particularly when combined with vitamin d-3, helps to prevent cancer; according to them it also helps to prevent cirrhosis of the liver -- either way, do your own research

used to use Lewis Labs which is more expensive; this is just as good; helps to emulsify food in your stomach and is a rich source of compounds which are important for good brain health; once opened I keep sealed in fridge - otherwise can get rancid

bought for a family member who is using it in an attempt to lower cholesterol and loves it; the strength is low so you can up the amount if you want - remember to take with ubiquinol to prevent muscle problems if going this route and tell your doctor, who should prescribe periodic bloodwork; the family member initially had a flush but this went away
