The bromelain is a (protelolytic)enzyme that breaks down the protein type mass of mucous and congestion. It also helps with any kind of pain too! The quercetin (it's in the vitamin C family) helps with overproduction of histamines. This procduct has both these ingredients and was a good value and a quality too!

Great idea to combine the enzymes with probiotics! This company always does great product snd I think it's a unique approach to helping with digestion by combining the two ingedients!
