Sadie likes these capsules and chews them right up. Hopefully this product will help her to stay more active longer. That's all I can say about the product. I have found iherb.com's prices to be very compettative and the customer service great. I order from this company all the time, and have for years.

This product has a pleasant taste, but requires I take twice the amount (2 ozs vrs 1 oz) of the previous liquid multi-vitamin complex.

I like that this product is not oily; however, the makeup does not come off easily. Perhaps that's why there is oil is many eye makeup removers There is no residue though and I like that. I'd probably buy again.

I had hoped this product would give me a surge of energy in the mornings. I am 59 years old working 50 plus hours a week at a non-profit, so I am often very fatigued. I haven't noticed any improvement whatsoever.

This cereal is a nice change for those who must follow a gluten free diet. If your diet is not salt restricted add a little for extra taste. I add some butter and brown sugar and cook in half water/half milk for a creamier texture. I'll buy again.

I think I would say that this product helped to curb my appetite to some degree. I had no where near the experience was those who wrote some of the other reviews. I was a little bit less hungry, but also had some intestinal issues as a result of taking this product. I personally wouldn't recommend it, but others seem to have had good results..
