I bought this because I keep reading it is far more effective in preventing cavities than fluoride. I'm giving it a 5 star, because this stuff is impossible to find elsewhere.

I think I can tell a difference when I'm taking it. But, I'm taking it with Kira, St.Johns Wort, so it's hard to say. Also, many studies are touting the benefits of exercise, which works longer than any supplements. Not as easy as popping a pill, but something to keep in mind.

Bought this to put in smoothies for my kids. It is a good product. Wish it wasn't so expensive. P.S. This may be good for eczema. Noticed my child's skin was clearing a bit, and then later read an article that whey has a role in treating eczema. Go figure!

I like this oil. The price is right. This is my second jar of this kind. Since I've started cooking with coconut oil, I wish I could find some even more affordable.

My doctor wanted me to purchase the high end food based supplements, but I'd need an extra job to afford those. I think these are an affordable substitute, but I don't like some of the preservatives/fillers. Would be much better without those, but would increase the price tag, I imagine. Pretty sure these are making a difference. Still kind of early to make a decision.

I'm not sure about this one. I'm on my second bottle, and I honestly can't tell the difference when I'm using it and not using it. I'm thinking about mega-dosing for awhile to see if I have an luck that way. Using it to treat sinus problems and overall health.
