this stuff will have you walking into the wind with your vest hangin' open. cheeks get warm. must be a great blood-builder. that's what i bought it for. i only take about 5 a day, but wish i could remember to take about 15. maybe when it gets real cold out i will.

this stuff is TWICE the price at my local stores, it's sugar free and tastes good, helps you replenish after workouts and will minimize a hangover better than plain hydration. plus, it packs, the measured unit is just right.

look up nac on wikipedia. it's got an action that helps clear the phlem and road debris out of your lungs. of course i take other things, but nothing fits THIS piece of the puzzle as good as nac.. one cap in the morning (with my other lung things) i-herb is the best for fresh products. trustworthy.
