Welcome to my review page! I don't always give a review just because of time constraints at the time of the request. You'll probably note that most the products I buy are from NOW. I chose them after much research and found them to high quality with competitive pricing. Plus they are a family owned business. I LOVE that! I have also spent considerable time searching for the best places to buy my health products both on and offline. I found iHerb a number of years ago, was very impressed with the inventory and choices as well as their pricing is very reasonable and have been with them since. I live in Canada, which can sometimes be a headache when purchasing internationally, but iherb makes it possible to keep the shipping costs down without having to pay HUGE customs charges and or broker fees. I keep my order at 4 lbs or less and it comes to me within two weeks via USPS. I have had no problems with this since day one!

The NOW brand is a favorite item at my local Health food store and I have had great results with all their products. Decided to check online for Graviola sources because the store was charging more than I thought it should be. Saw iherb.com in results page and found that they house a huge inventory of many name brands! Most importantly the brand that I trust at a price far less than I pay at the store. I ordered 10 bottles because I read multiple sources that report it kills cancer cells as well and at this price I can afford to give to family members! I have been using for a week now and DEFINITELY feel the difference in my mood, way better results than 5-HTP for the blues! The best part of ordering at iherb is not only their excellent sales/every day prices, but the speed of delivery! Very impressed! I just ordered more and will be in the future for all my herb/extract needs. Thank you so much iherb!

Excellent for heavy workouts and stamina is needed. I put two teaspoons in a glass of distilled water and let it sit for fifteen minutes. The seeds soak up all the water and have the consistency of jello. Sip it all day! No flavor, mix with fruit in the morning for a smoothie, put leftover in fridge and voila! A fruit jello that is packed full of vitamins, anti oxidants, omega 3+6 etc. etc.! Amazing miracle food!

This is very good quality. I put just a few drops in a tall glass of water along with a couple drops of lime and lemon oil. Amazing refreshing drink and excellent for digestion! Also good for colds, constipation and flatulence and flu! Having the glass sitting by me the scent was very pleasing and relaxing.

I wish I could do less pills, this is 3 pills as often as needed and you go through the bottle pretty quick, however, this does amazingly well for my mood swings and I haven't had a 'flash' for over a week.

I heard hibiscus was good for hypertension as cholesterol, so I ordered a bag. This is really good tasting on it's own or sweetened with stevia or kava syrup. This is equally good hot or cold. Excellent value and yes, my BP has dropped close to 10 points! I was averaging 132-138/82 and my readings have changed to an average of 122/74!! Amazing!
