Really helps with SAD

I started taking vitamin D3 from Wellness Pharmacy in AL. Very High quality pharmaceutical grade product. Price was OK but shipping wasn't so I tried 2 others include Dr. Weil's. Did nothing. I know Life Extension is a good company so I tried this and it works as well as the pharmaceutical quality D3. Warn people. Not all D's are alike. My levels went from way below normal to 47 over a period a year, starting with 1000 mg and ending with 5000mg a day. I don't take 5000 mg every day in sunny weather -only in winter. I feel squirrely if I take too much. But I've had Seasonal Affective Disorder at a crippling level for years and have had 2 reasonabily good winters since takeing Vitamin D. I also had calcium absorbtion problems we're monitoring now to see if D deficiency caused them. Get your D3 levels drawn. Women over 50 need this most. Colon cancer and breast cancer are affected and the D they add to milk does nothing.

Doesn't dissolve as good as they claim. I put mine in a glass water bottle and shake well then it will stay in a suspension. Taste is at best OK. This is not my favorite way to get C and probably won't go this route again. Also I may be wrong but thing the C is a chemical C not a natural C

I generally don't use moisturizers - my hair is both dray and oily. I bought The Pure and Basic Shampoo and so decided to try this too. Both have been a disappointment - they smell wonderful and my hair is less dry but I don't have dandruff as a rule and now I have white flakes. Won't be reordering either.

I used Mitchems for years because I really have to work hard to control odor. I switched to Alvera Aloe Unscented All Natural Roll On Deodorant put out by Texas Best to get away from the aluminum but the reviews for this product were so good I thought I'd give it a try. Didn't control odor for me.

I use these with my 15 mo old grandson and like them better than the 7th generation wipes I was using before. Since I don't have him often 40 wipes are enough for me. They are thick, easy to separate from each other, just the right moistness although I keep the plastic closed and then have them in a zip lock bag as well. They are gentle on his skin and since he and I are both red headed that makes a difference.

I put 1 TBS of this powder in a glass along with juice and Peter Gilham's Liquid Vitamins and Organic Life minerals, put a cover on the glass and shake it up. I have taken it more days than not for over a 4 months now. There is no question that this is helping my osteoarthritis pain. You have to give it time and use it consistently. Not all of the powder dissolves but you do get most of if. I still have pain but noticeably less. I can't swallow pills so this powder is great. No taste so no complaints. If I could swallow pills I'd buy this in the pill form as I believer it's less expensive. However iherb.com has a great price.

This arrived in a dark blue glass bottle not plastic bottle as shown. Much better container.I used 2 drops in my morning juice/vitamin cocktail for 2 days but since I am already on Armour Natural Thyroid medicine - 2 drops is too much. However, since I use sea salt and know I don't get enough Iodine I wanted to see what this would do. I plan to take only 1 drop a day, possibly 1 drop every other day as I had rapid heart beats and weird dreams yesterday (took it later in the day at 3pm) My feet aren't as cold and my body temp seems to be higher. I didn't weigh before taking this but think it's had a definite affect on my metabolism. I'm wanting to eat less. However I believe this is helping with overall circulation. I plan to research more before I take more of this product. Definitely not just water in this bottle but there is no taste. I plan to take it with food next time.

I usually use Schwarzkopf shampoo but wanted to try something different. You can tell this isn't of the quality I'm used to but it does make my hair very soft.The fragrance is like Maraschino cherries. I do use it on my face and it is less drying then the other product I have been using.

I've used this shampoo 3x so may change my opinion later. This shampoo seems to leave my hair clean and full but not dry. It seems to bring out the natural curl in my hair but not the fizz and it seems to keep my hair cleaner and fuller longer (2-3 days). I don't shampoo every day. I have sensitive skin and haven't had any red,itchy, dry places on my scalp. To get good later you have to wash twice or use more than a quarter size amount. My eyes do get red when using this and the face wash by the same company. I've bought expensive shampoos for years but wanted to try this one and am not disappointed.

I underwent a urine and spit series of test to determine how my amino acids were and we found that my taurine was so low it was a dot on the bar graph. I was under a lot of stress when I ordered this and was having burning around my heart which was indistinguishable from angina. I took diazepam until the taurine arrived and within 1 day of starting the taurine was able to stop the med. I started with 4 1/4 tea doses a day but am now on one and have no symptoms of stress. I would really research taurine before taking it though.

Really wanted this to work but tried it for the first time today and it not only dried my face out it dried my hands as well. I have sensitive skin and like so many of us who have sensitive skin, I am constantly trying to find a product I can use that will even out my skin tone, help with roseaca and not dry my skin. The ratings were so high I thought I'd found my product but not this is not for me.

This did give me energy but unfortunately the sorbital wrecks the interiour climate of my mouth. I suspected it before with other products, now it's comfirmed. Won't buy again and may have problems using this bottle up. May have to crush and swallow with water.
