This was not for BECAUSE it caused side effects and I didn't feel well with it. I instead purchased a homeopathic silica with no side effects and it working for me.

I gave this one star because I developed a rash and itching after using this for a few days. When I stopped using it, the rash went away. I don't know if it was the dyes or the indgredience.

I was unable to continue to use the rose hip seed oil because it irritated my skin. I have sensitive skin and not everything works for everyone. However, I know there are many people who like to use it for skin renewal, wrinkles, and scars. Now foods is a good brand, so if you want rose hip seed oil, this would be a good brand to buy.

I love the way this makes my hair look and feel! It smells great and has a pretty light blue color. An all natural shampoo that is good for your hair.
