Great flax seeds for a great price! I grind enough for a couple servings and sprinkle on cereal, oatmeal, in shakes and my dogs' food. Also great as an egg replacer in baking.

This is the only protein I've taken that doesn't make me gag. I usually drink protein shakes (especially rice) while holding my breath, but this tastes good, though a bit too sweet. I now mix it with rice protein and that seems to work well for me.

Great value and awesome product. Especially useful if you have pets and they're going through stress or need some vitamin c to speed of recovery from surgery. Likewise for humans. Vitamin C is also important for the health of your gums, so if you're experiencing bleeding gums you should consider this and other product, as well as a trip to your dentist.

The value of this is great! It's a big tub that will last a couple months. I like to cook with it, spread it on bread with jam and mix it in my dogs' food. They love it, too.

I finally found a vegan protein powder that is 100% pure, doesn't taste horrible and mixes well. This is the best protein powder I have used, and is priced reasonably.
