i've been taking it about a year (i think). it's for my pterygium (one of my eyes) ... there are a few other things i've been using (msm eye drop, oil in the eye before going to bed) anyway it started to be better a few months after i started and the 'white thingie' was gone in another few months ... (without coming back) i don't know which one(s) really worked though ...

i first wondered which flavor to buy ... (i got a lemon flavored trial pack) ... i read a review that "natural" is better because it doesn't "hiss" so much ...mmm ... the lemon flavor was okay but i bought "natural" ... it was nice to use but i needed to add a few stevia drops myself ... and it "hissed" too ... well, if it hisses anyway then i'll try a flavored one so i may not add any stevia everytime i use it ... and i got "raspberry/lemon" (i like berries) ... it "hissed" a LOT more than "natural" ..... and i didn't like the flavor so very much .... soooo ... i'm back to "natural" adding flavored stevia each time i use it :) i don't know if i'm 'calmer' than before ... it's nice the bowel movement becomes smoother :)

my tummy is smoother though ... and it's less smelly ;) but it doesn't seem to help 'reducing gassiness' ...

this is my favorite xylitol mints and i can get it cheapest from iherb.com :) the flavor's very nice and i can enjoy the sweet taste without worrying about creating cavities ...

i tried one drop in some water for mouth wash ... didn't expect much but it prevents plaque buildup very well ... i brush my teeth twice a day (morning & evening) but i start to feel a little 'crummy' around the teeth later in the afternoon ... after starting to use it (only once a day -- after brushing in the evening -- ) it feels nice all day long :) and it doesn't feel as harsh as other most mouth washes :)
