To me, not as good as Cream of Wheat, but less expensive and more to a package. Iherb's price was excellent. The wheat puffs up a little bit more and has less natural sweetness, definitely need to add the pinch of salt and some sugar. Highly recommend.

It's ok, the lavender is strong in the first bite, but then tapers off, cannot taste blueberries. Strange taste but I can tell the chocolate is high quality.
