I have tried ordinary Maca powder from a different brand, it was okay, but I find this Gelatinized version gentler on the stomach. It has balanced my hormones out and has given me more energy to utilise during the day, without affecting my sleep pattern. Would buy again.

Although I have a yeast allergy and I am also wheat, gluten, dairy, soya and corn intolerant, I was told this was suitable for me, so bought it. However, I forgot to say when enquiring about this product that I had candida. So used it and loved it, but it didn't love me. Rang the Company and they told me this particular coconut sugar is not suitable, if you have candida. So a bit of a waste of money for me on my economic budget, I'm afraid to report. However, I know some palm or coconut sugar, whatever you want to call it is suitable for those with Candida, but not this one.

I like the taste of this lasagne and the fact it is wheat and gluten free, but I would be happier if it came pre-cooked; so you could just layer it into the dish and pop it in the oven to cook. It would save so much time and would be easier to use. That's the only negative I have to say about this product.

I break the capsule and take the turmeric in water, usually do this, as I find it hard to digest. Take this for H-Pylori, at first I seemed to be worst, but persevered and started taking it with green tea to help eliminate accrued toxins and now after about a week feeling better. So I guess you sometimes just have to persevere with it, as it might be a case of you have to feel worst before you get better. Overall would buy this again.

I bought the sample and although it was suitable from the allergy point of view, I hadn't realised the capsule was gelatin, for that reason wouldn't buy again.

Trying to get rid of candida and have multiple allergies, so have to be careful of binders etc. in vitamins. This product does not give me any problems, like some of the more expensive ones I have tried. Very effective and will buy again.

Premium decaf organic green tea and Premium decaf green tea, both I have tried by Stash and both very good. I find the organic one is slightly stronger flavoured and the other less, but just as nice but in a different way. Would buy both again. Very good for you.

I like this product because I have a lot of allergies and this is allergen free of all those I suffer from, so can take this with peace of mind. If you are constipated this helps too, as well as lifting your mood. Also I sleep better, so all round 10 out of 10.

What can I say, if you have Candida and are on a budget like I am, then this is great value for money. As a little goes a long way. This will be a regular on my shopping list.

This Aloe Vera without preservatives is ideal if you can't tolerate them, especially the citric acid they usually put into this product. Having candida and allergy problems I have found this gives me some relief whilst helping to heal my leaky gut, will definitely buy again.
