Quick Dinner Rolls:
Entire bag Gluten-Free Pantry All-Purpose flour

2 1/4 tsp. instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm milk or water*
1 tsp cider vinegar
5 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
2 eggs*
2 tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine ingredients. Beat 3 minutes. Scoop dough onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. Let rise 10 minutes. Bake 18-20 minutes. Cool and enjoy.

* you may adapt the recipe suit your needs by using equal amount of a substitute ingredient.
