Flavorful, comforting, gentle, traditional chamomile tea is made with German chamomile flowers.

German chamomile flowers have a strong, aromatic, mildly sweet aroma and a fruit-floral, slightly bitter flavor.

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.

Many people like a little honey added to chamomile tea, as it brings out the natural sweetness of the flowers.
