Homestyle Pumpkin Pie

1 15 oz can Farmer's Market Pumpkin Pie Mix
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 9" deep dish pie shell

Empty pumpkin into a mixing bowl and stir in milk and eggs. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350° for an additional 35-40 minutes. Thoroughly cool pie before serving. Serves 6-8.
