Rice Bread Stuffing
3 cups Ener-G Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup diced celery stalk
1 large diced onion
1 cup diced apple
1 tsp poultry spice
1 tsp powdered parsley
1 cup coup of your choice
Mix 5 ingredients together. Cook lightly in frying pan. Add poultry spice and parsley. Mix and then moisten as desired with soup.
