Eden Brown Rice Chips combine two beneficial health foods - brown rice and nori, a nutritious mild sea vegetable better known as the tasty green sheet wrapped around sushi. Brown rice and nori are blended to form a dough, then cut, dried and baked. Next comes flash frying in high oleic rice bran oil for several seconds. Centrifuge spinning removes most of the oil, creating light, crispy puffed chips. The chips are then seasoned with the finest quality sea salt. A delicious good for you snack anytime.
